The doctors and staff at The Calvert Practice in Hull are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.
If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
New Telephone System- We are aware that there are some problems for patients trying to get through on our new phone system. We are working with our provider to find a swift solution and thank you for your patience as we work to resolve these issues. We apologise for any inconvenience this may be causing.
TEMPORARY PRACTICE CLOSURE
The practice will be closed on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12 November 2018 until 30 November 2018 (inclusive); this is due to severe staffing pressures and illness.
Prescriptions - You can still collect your prescriptions between 10am and 1pm on Wednesdays and Fridays as usual (apart from 16th Nov this will be between 8am-11am).
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
