The doctors and staff at The Calvert Practice in Hull are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare. We aim to treat all our patients promptly, courteously and in complete confidence.

If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card.  You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.


Temporary Practice Closure

Due to continued severe staffing pressures and illness the practice will be closed from 12 noon on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  The practice will remain closed all day Friday.  This is likely to be until the end of March 2019.   

CLINICS HAVE BEEN MOVED TO NEWINGTON FOR THOSE 4 AFTERNOONS AND ALL DAY FRIDAY.

Prescriptions - You can still collect your prescriptions between 10am and 1pm on Fridays.
